To take the US CMA exam, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

1. Membership in IMA®.

2. Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (except humanities) OR possess a professional accounting certification with at least two years of related experience.

3. Entrance into the CMA program.

4. Complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the CMA exam.

You can even give your exam if you are an undergraduate! With the IMA's flex option, you are allowed seven years to produce the degree upon completing two parts of the exam!
